Who we are
St Louis Stairlift is an independent information and referral resource for homeowners in the St Louis area. We are not a manufacturer or installer.
What we collect
If you submit the assessment request form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, and any details you choose to include. If you call (314) 207-8550, we collect your phone number and the information you share on the call. Our hosting and telephone providers also process ordinary technical records such as IP address, browser information, and call metadata.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request and to arrange a free in-home assessment with a St Louis-area stair-lift partner. Your request is shared with that partner so they can contact you and provide a quote. We may be compensated for the referral. We do not sell your information to unrelated advertisers.
Retention and your choices
We keep request records only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and our business records. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete your information, by calling (314) 207-8550 or by replying to any message we send you.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
